Traceability

Each day, production, quality, and the use of resources spew a data flood into a company’s knowledge stores and databases. However, this data collection is ill-suited for a quick defect analysis and tracing. RQM.T&T records and consolidates all relevant data in a central storage area and monitors production, quality, and the use of resources  – all in real time.
For known defects, states and events, RQM.T&T can limit and validate – so there is less to cull and no recall.
Unknown defects are traced to the defect source with RQM.T&T in a monitored workflow. Internally, the quick tracing ensures less to cull through the entire data inventory; externally, it reduces the recall quantity and assures customer satisfaction.

  • Upstream tracing, downstream tracing
  • Limiting processes
  • Internal and external complaints
  • Anchor preventative actions, FMEAs, and update inspection plans
  • Automated recording of series and batch numbers, quality data, machine data, states, events, quantities, process data
  • Paperless documentation and complete archiving
  • Reduce reaction times
  • Reduce culling and recall quantity, reduce follow-up costs
  • Increase customer satisfaction
  • Modular software architecture based on a workflow engine (with BPM technology)
  • Standard incorporation of production systems, machines, identification and reader systems (bar codes, DMC, RFID)
  • Guarantee of unique parts numbering thanks to central data storage, even across national boundaries and time zones
  • Definition and validation of process and environment parameters
  • Workflow-controlled and monitored recall for new defects
