At the start of 2016, we decided to change our whole company. We question everything and do not simply prescribe ideas for modern work; instead, we develop these together step by step. And we do this precisely where we believe it makes sense.
According to our concept, this is inconceivable in a hierarchical, Tayloristic world. Self-awareness and individual responsibility can only actually be implemented if we are prepared to admit defects, to learn from these, and thus to derive from the responsibility for oneself a responsibility for the entire company.
Our attitude, our daily actions, and our decisions are shaped by our vision and limited by the values and rules that we ourselves have formulated. Our internal designation for this project, which will probably never end, is “Uff geht’s” (a regional way of saying “let’s go”)
