For feedback from our customers allows us to continue improving our product RQM and the service associated with it.
On this page, we will publish the development of our customer satisfaction survey, which we have been conducting regularly for many years.
We look forward to having even more customers participate in the 2015 customer satisfaction survey than in the foregoing years. We have not only received good “grades,” we also received criticism and suggestions for improvement, which we will now implement.
Of course we are especially pleased that once again this year, we were able to continue improving with respect to most points!
